Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of the AiSkillz website and MCP server, and include the End User Licence for the skills you access through AiSkillz. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
AiSkillz is operated by CodeCraft LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, browsing the catalogue, connecting an AI tool to the AiSkillz MCP server, or submitting a skill, you agree to these Terms of Service, which include the End User Licence in section 5. If you use AiSkillz for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.
If you do not agree, do not use AiSkillz.
2. Preview period
AiSkillz is currently in preview. You can browse the catalogue, but skill downloads, skill delivery through the MCP server, and subscriptions are not yet available. Features, catalogue contents, and these terms may change before launch.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- Tell us promptly at customputing@outlook.com if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised. You can revoke API keys from your dashboard.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
- A subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. To cancel, email customputing@outlook.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.
- We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.
5. End User Licence for skills
Skills on AiSkillz are licensed, not sold. While your subscription is active (or, for a skill bought individually, for as long as that purchase remains valid), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the skills you have access to with your own AI tools, for your personal use or your organisation's internal business, including commercial projects.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish skill content, in whole or in substantial part.
- Save full copies of subscription skill content into repositories, shared folders, or other tools so that it can be used without AiSkillz.
- Share your account or API keys, or use AiSkillz content to build a competing skill catalogue.
- Remove copyright, licence, or author notices from skills.
Code, documents, and other work your AI tools produce while following a skill belong to you. Quoting short excerpts of a skill, for example in a review or a team discussion, is fine. When your access ends, the licence for the skills covered by it ends too.
6. Your own skills stay yours
AiSkillz never extracts the skills you keep on your own machine, or the differences between your skills and similar AiSkillz skills. When an AiSkillz skill overlaps one of yours, the comparison (reconciliation) runs in your local AI session only. The AiSkillz MCP server receives only the name of the AiSkillz skill being compared, never your skill or the comparison.
Any overrides skill your AI tool saves for you contains only your own guidance, stays on your machine, and is yours. See the Privacy Policy for what the MCP server does receive.
7. Submitting skills
- You may only submit skills you have the right to publish. You confirm that a submission does not infringe anyone's rights and that the licence you choose for it is accurate.
- You keep ownership of your submission and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, review, display, and deliver it to AiSkillz users under the licence you selected, for as long as it is listed.
- Submissions are checked by automated security and quality reviews, including analysis by Google's Gemini AI service, and may be reviewed by people. We may reject, unlist, or remove any submission.
- Do not submit secrets, personal data, malware, or instructions designed to make AI tools act against their users.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not probe, scrape, overload, or bypass the security or access controls of AiSkillz or the MCP server.
- Do not use AiSkillz to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm other people or systems.
- Do not create accounts in bulk or by automated means.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, use the "Report copyright" link on that skill's page. We suspend listings while we review valid notices, as described on How it works. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
10. Skills are guidance for AI tools
Skills are instructions that AI tools follow, and AI tools make mistakes. Review what your AI tool does before relying on it, especially for security, data, deployments, and anything that spends money or cannot be undone. Skills are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
11. Third-party content, images, and trademarks
Photography. Photos on the AiSkillz website come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. They are not in the public domain. That licence allows free use, including commercial use, without permission or attribution, but does not allow selling the photos unaltered or using them to build a competing photo service. The rights in these photos remain with their photographers and are not licensed to you by these terms. People or property shown in a photo do not endorse or use AiSkillz.
Trademarks. Names of products, frameworks, and companies (for example Next.js, Supabase, Expo, Stripe, GitHub, and the AI tools AiSkillz works with) are trademarks of their respective owners. AiSkillz and CodeCraft LLC are not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the names only describe what a skill works with.
Third-party services. AiSkillz relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, and the AI tools you connect. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
12. Disclaimers
AiSkillz and all skills are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that skills are error-free, complete, or current with every framework release, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CodeCraft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of AiSkillz or any skill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using AiSkillz at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts, revoke API keys, or remove content that breaks these terms or puts users or the service at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licence limits, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) do so.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Arkansas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use AiSkillz after that means you accept the updated terms.
