Description
Write, advise on, and review .NET tests — choosing and following the framework (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest), test structure and naming, assertions (built-in, Shouldly, AwesomeAssertions; FluentAssertions licensing), mocking with NSubstitute/Moq and when not to mock, ASP.NET Core integration tests with WebApplicationFactory, real databases with Testcontainers instead of EF InMemory, time via TimeProvider/FakeTimeProvider, snapshot testing with Verify, coverage, parallelization, and running in CI. Use whenever a test project (.Tests.csproj) exists, the user asks to add or fix C# tests, test an API or EF Core code, or set up .NET testing in CI.
