Description
Build, advise on, and review animations with Motion for React (formerly Framer Motion) — motion components, variants, AnimatePresence exit animations, layout and shared-layout (layoutId) animations, gestures (hover/tap/drag), scroll-linked animations (useScroll/useTransform), springs, reduced motion, bundle size (LazyMotion + m), and use in Next.js Server Component apps. Use whenever `motion` or `framer-motion` is installed, code imports from "motion/react" or "framer-motion", or the user wants page transitions, animated lists, layout animations, drag interactions, or scroll effects beyond simple CSS enter/exit utilities.
