Description
Review and implement privacy compliance for web and mobile apps — building a data inventory and data-flow map (including third-party SDKs and subprocessors), lawful basis and consent (GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy cookie consent), US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA "Do Not Sell or Share", Global Privacy Control), data subject requests (access, deletion, export, correction) with deadlines, retention and deletion schedules, children's data (COPPA), keeping the privacy policy, Apple App Privacy labels/privacy manifests, and Google Play Data safety consistent with reality, and keeping PII out of logs and analytics. Use whenever the user writes or reviews a privacy policy, cookie banner, consent flow, data deletion/export feature, store privacy disclosures, adds analytics/ads/tracking SDKs, or asks "are we GDPR/CCPA compliant?". Not legal advice.
