Description
Configure, advise on, and review ESLint — flat config (eslint.config.mjs, defineConfig, globalIgnores), migrating from .eslintrc, typescript-eslint (recommended/strict, type-checked rules with projectService), framework configs (eslint-config-next, react-hooks, jsx-a11y, React Native/Expo), coexistence with Prettier, per-file overrides, disabling rules responsibly, performance, and CI enforcement. Use whenever an ESLint config exists or eslint is in package.json, the user sees lint errors they want to fix or silence, migrates to flat config or ESLint 9+, sets up linting for a new project, or Next.js 16's removed `next lint` breaks their scripts.
