Description
Build, advise on, and review Tailwind CSS styling — v4 CSS-first configuration (@import "tailwindcss", @theme, @custom-variant, @utility, @source, @plugin), design tokens, dark mode, responsive and container queries, state variants (data-*, aria-*, group/peer), class composition with cn()/clsx/tailwind-merge, class-detection rules, and v3→v4 migration (renamed utilities, removed config). Use whenever tailwindcss is in package.json, files contain utility class strings, or the user asks to style a component, fix "my class isn't applying", set up a theme/tokens, or upgrade Tailwind — even for "make this look nicer".
